LMT REMOTE ACCESS - CUSTOMER SETUP

LMT Remote Access allows our support staff to remotely view and control your PC from our office. In order for this to happen, though, it is necessary that you download a small program and configure it for our system. Doing this is not difficult. The images below, combined with instructions we will provide over the phone, should allow you to complete this process in about five minutes.

If you are on the phone with an LMT Employee you can start by downloading the LMT Remote VNC program and saving it to your Desktop. Click the link below to begin the download:
