Automatic Desktop Updates
Our Update Service Module enables LMT to electronically deliver updates, patches, and targeted service messages to the managed computer over the Internet. This also provides LMT with real-time data about installed updates so that LMT can verify that your desktop computers are up to date and protected.
Microsoft Security Patch Management
With the importance of computer security, nothing is more important than maintaining up to date security patches from Microsoft for both the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software. As part of the Desktop Management Plan, LMT will monitor and maintain the patches and provide you with reporting as required to make sure you are up to date.
"47 Point” Diagnostics/Health Monitoring
Our computer diagnostics software diagnoses 47 key points of your computer health and provides a detailed report of your computer to the LMT service technician. This report includes information about the computer's hardware (processor, memory, hard drives, CD/DVD drives, floppy drives, monitor, video card, network card, modem, sound cards, keyboard, mouse, serial ports, USB, PCI, system board devices) so that your service technician can provide you with support tailed to your specific computer.
Computer System Tune-Up

Data Backup Service (Data Files)
Our Data Backup Service provides secure and efficient networked data protection and recovery for computer. All data files (stored in the “My Documents” directory - up to 1GB) are backed up weekly. Our Data Backup Service will enable you to look your colleagues in the eye and tell them their data will not be lost to hardware or software failure, power outages, viruses, fire, natural disasters, or just simple human error.

Inventory of PC Hardware
Our inventory information management will keep inventory of your managed hardware so that you don’t have to. This enables us to provide advice for, when it is time to upgrade hardware or software, which of your systems is compatible and which may need upgrading.
Software Installation & "Basic Training"
Optionally, LMT can remotely install your new software program(s) on your PCs and familiarize your employee with use of these applications one-on-one via remote support. Pricing for this optional service is a one-time charge per software application per PC. Please note that while we do not act as a policing agent for software licensing, it is our policy that we will install and support only software that is properly licensed.
